DC auxilary power suply system

DC auxilary power suply system are intended to provide uninterrupted operating and backup power supply to consumers of operational direct current at substations, power plants, stations and industrial facilities.

Cabinets use only equipment certified for use in DC networks of the following manufacturers: Schneider Electric, ABB, OEZ, JEAN MULLER, SEZ, Weidmueller. Load circuit breakers INV with visible gap manufactured by Schneider Electric are used as input and sectional disconnectors. All power devices provide protection level IP20 against contact with live parts.

DC auxilary power suply systems consist of the following main elements:

Batteries - store electricity for emergencies;
Charger - charges the batteries;
Control cabinet - it contains all protective and switching equipment, a programmable logic controller or IED, as well as converters.
